New Yorkers -- and the world -- will have to get used to lower Manhattan's new skyline, which is still under construction. The landmark Brooklyn Bridge is in the foreground. Construction on the new 104-floor tower, which will be the city's tallest building when it's completed, has already reached the 68th floor.
